Pro Staff
PROcise gear is designed, tested and used by tournament anglers. The Dek-It Mount is tournament tested and approved by Bassmaster Elite pro Brandon Palaniuk, and the PROcise Outdoors Pro Staff helped launch it.
Brandon Palaniuk
Bassmaster Elite pro | Grew up in Northern Idaho

“200 mile round trip runs in six foot wave[s], I never had a problem with the Dek-It Mount. The only way to mount your graph on your boat.”
- Introduced to bass fishing at age 8 and joined the local club scene right away
- Fished small tournaments close to home for eight years, then joined the B.A.S.S. Federation Nation (BFN) at 16
- Seven years in the BFN: seven Idaho State Teams, seven Western Divisionals and two National Championships
- 2010: won the BFN Championship on the Red River in Louisiana, qualifying for the 2011 Bassmaster Classic and the Elite Series
- Rookie season: 4th place at the Bassmaster Classic, checks in 6 of 8 events and 37th in Angler of the Year points
Brandon grew up in the trout country of Northern Idaho. Bass hooked him at eight, and tournament fishing has driven him ever since: eight years of local tournaments, then seven years fishing the BFN around the country before he won his way onto the Elite Series.
His PROcise gear: the Dek-It Dual Low Profile Bow Mount is a Brandon Palaniuk design, and the 6 hole Cull Keeper is his signature series. Watch his dual and triple Dek-It Mount setup on our videos page.
Scott Pellegrin
Founder and owner of PROcise Outdoors | U.S. Army veteran | Wisconsin

- Born in Wisconsin and grew up with the outdoors all around him
- Joined the U.S. Army at 18 as an In Flight Crew Chief and Black Hawk Helicopter Mechanic; stationed in Germany, he flew missions throughout Europe and later in the United States
- Wisconsin Team Circuit: several tournament wins and top ten finishes, a sixth place finish at the Wisconsin Bass Classic and a Top Team award
- 2013: fifth and eighth place finishes in two of the six events in the Upper Midwest Bass Challenge Series, Mississippi River Division
- 2013: volunteered for a National Guard tournament that gets students from area high schools on the water; he and his two students finished in first place
- Invented the Cull Keeper, the product that started PROcise Outdoors LLC
Scott met the largemouth bass at age 12 on a family camping trip: “I had no idea what was going on at the time but man it was a blast as a few fish were on beds with others slamming topwater baits in the pads.” His addiction was born.
Army Aviation instilled in him a very defined attention to detail, which he now applies to tournament fishing. Once back home he picked up hunting and fishing where he left off, and being the competitive type, he joined the Wisconsin Team Circuit.
PROcise Outdoors started with his invention of the Cull Keeper. “I'm always looking for ways to improve my results on the water. Cull Keeper helps me be more organized!” With the help of the PROcise Outdoors Pro Staff, the company then launched the Dek-It Mount.
