PROcise Outdoors started on the water. Founder Scott Pellegrin is a tournament angler and U.S. Army veteran who was always looking for an edge, so he built one.
It started with the Cull Keeper
PROcise Outdoors began when Scott invented the Cull Keeper to keep his culling system buoys in order and at the ready during tournaments.

Veteran owned
Scott joined the U.S. Army at 18 as an In Flight Crew Chief and Black Hawk Helicopter Mechanic. Stationed in Germany, he flew missions throughout Europe and later in the United States. Army Aviation instilled in him a very defined attention to detail, which he now applies to tournament fishing.
